Having created a device, download the device configuration in the Settings /

Maintenance folder using .Download settings from device

Setting Phone Book

Set the users to be called from the selected device via the quick (speed) dial buttons in

. the Buttons folder,

Logical Folder

Use the folder to assign users to phone directory positions. Click on the … button and

select a user from the list to assign a user.

Note

The device name is used for easily distinguishing devices in lists. It does

not affect the system function and is chosen by the system administrator.

Tip

In the , the application does not communicate with theOffline mode

given device. The function is useful for creating configuration without

access to the given device.

In the mode, information on the device is updated online.Auto refresh

Disable the function to restrict the current communication between the

application and the intercoms via the network.

Caution

A user added to the phone directory is not assigned access rights

automatically. Such user can only be called. Add a user to a zone with the

selected intercom to configure its a .ccess rights
